A friend is asking me to go with her to a "fan event" or "meet and greet" or whatever it's called for a soap actor she loves. Is this silly for a couple of 40-something y.o. moms to do? I've never been one to go up to a public figure and say anything, frankly. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

yeah, I thought I'd be mortified but another friend of mine who is in the entertainment bus. told me this sort of event is fine to go to and in fact, he would feel good being complimented by his fans or whatever sorts of positive reaction he will get.
