When does the swayback posture and pot belly typically go away on toddlers? dd is 2.5yo and looks like an infant in that respect next to others her age. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

unless your ped has a problem with it, leave it alone. i have to admit this sort of sounds like nitpicking to me. [ Reply | More ]

it's not like there's anything i can do about it. just a nagging concern that her physical development seems slow. [ Reply | More ]

do you think her development is slow within the range of normal? or do you think there's a bigger issue? again, i say refer to your ped. comparing one's child to others is just a source of stress, doesn't really tell you anything definitive about one's own child. you know what I mean?
