I hate Old Navy. I bought two shirt for ds on Monday. Got the wrong size. Asked Nanny to exchange them. I thought the receipt was in the bag. It was not and they will not exchange. This is the most ridiculous policy and there is nothing I can do. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Yes - I called the 800 number while Nanny was still there. This has been the corporate policy for two year. They are not allowing exception so as to be fair to everyone. [ Reply | More
