Just go to a dr and get a prescription. If it's really social anxiety, which is a serious syndrome, you shouldn't self-medicate. Go for the Lexapro or Welbutrin or something, under the care and monitoring of a doctor with the right blood tests, etc. Lots of otcs like valerian and st john's wort can have just as many side effects.
