Did anyone actually use a moses basket for baby to sleep in for a few months or are they mostly just for show? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Both my dcs have slept for the first few months of life in a Moses basket but they could have gone straight into the crib. I liked being able to carry it around so the dcs could sleep wherever I was. I used the one with very thin lining which is not a suffocation hazard. I also only paid $30 new for it. [ Reply | More

My newborn was born 6 weeks early and is too small for a crib so the Moses basket is perfect. Got it at rightstart.com. $130 made by Picci. She is now 7 weeks old and is still in it. [ Reply | More
