If you were 32 weeks pg, and someone asked you how many months you were, (not weeks) what would you answer? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Huh? 7.5 months. Can you not figure this out (don't mean to sound harsh) or is there a reason why you would not want to say how many months as opposed to weeks you are? Weeks only mean something to women who have had babies, and some men. People who have no direct experience of pregnancy still think in terms of months, and weeks are meaningless to them. op: I do say 7.5 mos to the uninitiated. DH keeps telling I'm wrong--that I am 6.5 mos, or "in my 7th month" (which I find acceptable). Then asked another friend, who has had two kids, and she agreed w/ DH. FWIW, I think they are both wrong, but I was curious as to how others would respond. I can always count on UBers to assume idiocy on the part of the poster though. [ Reply | More ]
