I would agree that it is good for young kids, but extra fat is certainly not more healthful for older kids (unless they need it) or adults. [ Reply | More ]

That is not really true as long as you have a balanced diet with lots of greens. The additives they use to reduce the fat also reduce the nutrional value. [ Reply | More ]

at that age you can get the same nutritional value from cheese, yogurt, calcium suppliments - high fat diets are not more nutritional. [ Reply | More ]
