if the boiler is buried, that may be your biggest expense as it may need to be tested and remediated and totally emptied then filled with sand. [ Reply | More ]

Check the rules in the area where you are buying. We just bought in NJ, a tank was found during the house inspection and the people we were buying from were responsible for removing it. [ Reply | More ]
