I have to say, that I struggle with how much time/energy to put into my job vs. family life. Promotions today and I switched to a PT schedule, so... sometimes I wonder if I should get a new job and step it up. Have 1DD and TTC though.. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Yeah, I don't mind mine, not uber stressed, and it's related to other things I would like. I feel like I will look back and remember getting to do some SAHM stuff when I'm old and gray, but also have some 401K money, etc. [ Reply | More

Stick with PT if you can. I work f/t and have 2 dcs. It's REALLY hard and I just cannot wait until #2 is a little older, when I'm hoping it will get easier. [ Reply | More

if you don't need the $$ as a family, I'd say stick with what you have for now, and maybe refocus on job once db#2 is well integrated. I took a major step down in my career for my current job but I'm just happy to be working while having a small db! I figure its kind of a placeholder for now. [ Reply | More
