Yes. I work in an investment bank. I wouldn't expect an intern to wear a suit everday. But trousers or a skirt with a blouse or twin set for a woman and trousers and a pressed shirt for a man. But these kids just don't get it. [ Reply | More

Depends on where you are. In a law firm or bank that has a business formal dress code, most people are appropriately dressed. Once you introduce the notion of discretion and personal expression into the dress code, people start dressing inappopriately. [ Reply | More
