It really depends on the seller's situation. Some sellers need a certain amount of $$ to cover their mortgage plus broker's fees and they won't budge. Others need to sell for one reason or another and may move on price. [ Reply | More ]

unless they are going to suffer a loss of some sort, most agents would recommend a price reduction after 10-12 good showings (which could be 20-25 showings total) [ Reply | More ]
