My ds would go to sleep no later then 8 on school nights. He's an early riser though - typically up by 6:00 - 6:30, no matter when he gets to bed. [ Reply | More

np: my dc is exactly the same. we try to start the bedtime routine by 7:30, and if successful, dc will be asleep by 8:15. will wake up by 6-6:30 though no matter when he falls asleep. He is tired by late afternoon. [ Reply | More

hmm yes I see...good point I am a SAHM, but can the nanny or after school program help get a start on homework? Not too much homework in K or 1st at public schools not sure about private. I am actually NOT a fan of homework for kids under 4th grade, let kids have time to play and be with the family [ Reply | More
