Did anyone read the No Babies article in NYT today? What do you think about that? In a way, I wish NYC was losing population bec it's so expensive to live here and bec of schools. I can't believe South Korea's birth rate is only 1.1 dc per couple. Lowest in the world. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

They do, but people still hvae more than 1 and pay the fine, I guess. Either that, or they were just studying countries w/o policies like that and still have low birth rates. [ Reply | More
