I bought a rug from Pottery Barn for DD's bdrm and to my dismay, it smells like burnt rubber. Has anyone else had this problem with Pottery Barn rugs? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

My friend did. The store where she bought it was very unhelpful (wanted her to pay to send it back to them at great cost) so she complained to headquarters and eventually they refunded her. She was told there had been a problem with a batch of rugs but it was harmless. [ Reply | More
