My 24 mo son has about 50 words, but very hard to understand. He is BARELY combining 2 words (bye-bye duck, mama bye-bye in the past week) and has no real expressive speech. He is very responsive to certain adults, but isn't that into kids. He plays with toys normally and walked early etc. He knows all letters and can count 1-10. EI just came and said he is not on the spectrum. SHould I still worrY? I have speech ther., but should he see a dev. ped? TIA [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
