Is it awful to subject a cat to a flight with a stopover rather than a direct flight, because of a 80$ price difference? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

she gets stressed when traveling and this will make her journey slightly longer.....have to do it though due to relocation. [ Reply | More ]

meh. I wouldn't worry about it. My point is I doubt it will be that much more stressful since a cat doesn't understand air travel. Save the $80 [ Reply | More ]

OK. Thanks, maybe I am overthinking it. She won't have a litterbox, and I just feel bad making her "hold it" that much longer. [ Reply | More ]

LOL! SHe won't hold it. You will just have to clean her up later. Can you get some kitty drugs so she will just sleep? [ Reply | More ]

For eighty bucks, I would gladly do a direct flight [ Reply | More ]

For $80 I would do the direct flight. Just think: the cat might be totally freaking and throwing up. Not worth it. Don't go out to eat for the first month to make up for the $$. [ Reply | More ]

I had a three drive with mine, and felt horrible for putting her throught that. But I had a litter box set up in the back on the floor and when she had to go her she would meow and I'd put her in the box and she'd go! But it was a bitch getting her back in the crate. [ Reply | More ]

yeah, I've driven with her but nothing longer than 5 hours or so. Feeling bad about subjecting her to this. [ Reply | More ]

Well, just think, your not giving her away and they recover pretty quickly! The kitty wil be fine, don't worry. Go to the vet first and get some sedatives for her...or you. [ Reply | More ]
