1 week postpartum, boobs are enormous and painful. DB is latching on w/o problem, but can't drink enough to keep me comfortable so I have to pump. Pls. remind me, does some of this swelling diminish? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I think that I heard somewhere if you keep pumping, your supply won't diminish, because you trick your body into thinking it needs it. You might want to read up on this to decide how to handle it. [ Reply | More
