it took 9mo to gain so don't worry if at 2mo it isn't all gone [ Reply | More ]

That's not really true. (But it's a nice saying). If in another week, the weight has stopped you need to step it up and revisit what you're doing. Are you eating too much? too little? The wrong things. Change it up, cut some carbs, whatever. You shouldn't take another 7 months to lose 7 lbs. [ Reply | More ]

That's assuming you want to lose weight fast. If you're not in a rush, the weight will probably be off by 9months out--assumming you've continued eating right. [ Reply | More ]

my first 2 pg took 1y + to come off. I'm pg with #3 and god knows but I don't freak out over it. I'm 40 so I know it will be slower than when I was 32yr. Oh well..as long as it comes off eventually [ Reply | More ]

i gained 31 pounds total. 6 months after the baby came to the world only 8 pounds more to go to my pre-pregnancy weight. and i'm not working out (no time) and not dieting (hat it!). so just give it a time. it will come off. good luck! [ Reply | More ]

had twins, gained 65 pounds. lived in manhattan so walked everywhere, took Jogging Class for moms (strollercize), pushed, did housework, ate VERY healthy, nursed babies 14 months. am a size 6/8 and feel in better shape than pre pregnancy. takes hard work and eating right but you can do it !!! this is so ridiculous that you're clearly obsessing about this already! give yourself a break. it takes a few months, easily 4 till you lose most of the weight, and if you're breastfeeding, those last few pounds only go away once you stop. plus, you're prob not sleeping enough, which also affects weight loss.
