Help! I did something at work that was perceived as putting an account at risk, even though I didn't think it was a big deal, the client is making a mountain out of a mole hill. Tell me I won't get fired. I don't know why I'm so insecure. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

If the client made a big deal out of it, make a point to go in and speak to your boss. Let him/her know what happened and the client's concern. I think that if you head it off it will reflect better on you. [ Reply | More ]
