the small size grant is because it serves disadvantaged dcs. none of whom darken the doorway of the g&t class, where rich whitey takes full advantage of the loophole that lets them sit among fewer of their own and ignore the minority dcs down the hall. disgusting. [ Reply | More

sweetie, the "darker" dcs at anderson do not live in the projects. the olsat is a school readiness test that does no favors to dcs whose parents are struggling to get by and can't afford a leapfrog table. i have way, WAY more of a clue than you do. [ Reply | More

who told you the absolute max is 22? the school? because the school doesn't decide this. the doe is committed to making the g&t schools as equitable as possible. that means pretty much the same number of dcs in every class across the board, barring low acceptance rates. [ Reply | More

so all these posters talking about how high-scoring the class is this year as compared to years past and how small the class size will be are full of crap. there will be 25 dcs per class, just like at 41 and 3, and the dcs will be no doubt be in the low 90s-99 range, which doesn't compare to ll or 116.
