Nanny is taking a week off in the end of July, dc’s are not in camp (just classes). Is there anywhere where dc’s can go to camp for just a week? We live in the UWS. TIA [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Can you take some time off of work or leave early? (not sure what you mean by "just classes!" [ Reply | More ]

Not really, one dc has classes in the morning and the other in the afternoon but each only take up about an hour or two each day. I have been trying to call around and get a “substitute nanny” but no luck so far. [ Reply | More ]

you could try the Westside Y, depending on which week you're talking about. They have a July term that goes from 6/30 - 7/25 (you have to sign up for the whole month), but after that you can sign up by the week. We just withdrew from the week of 7/28, so there's an opening in the 4s group. [ Reply | More ]

Try Tutor Time in Chelsea, on 6th around 27th. They're really flexible. [ Reply | More ]

Columbia University Cubs camp - it is sports. You can sign up for a week at a time and if you need care beyond 3 I think it is like 500 a week [ Reply | More ]
