As a whole, I can tell you from personal experience that most of the members of the Anderson Exec Bd are very inclusive. HOWEVER, the 3 current PTA Presidents (and they will unfortunately be there next year as well) are extremely exclusive and self serving. It's there way or the highway; if you don't agree with their positions or vote for something they want you are basically blackballed. And yes, this has happened to several members of the current board. Most insiders will tell you that is why most of last year's board is not returning. The 3 of them have made many enemies this year. LOL! What kind of "power" do you think PTA presidents have anyway? School administrators use the PTA to communicate and help raise funds for what the school administrators feel they need to accomplish for the educational goals. This cracks me up... [ Reply | More
