5yo ds has a cough, runny, nose and a slight fever (99.5. We were supposed to meet a friend at the playground. Ds does not seem uncomfortable or run down. Would you still go and meet them? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

if it seems like a cold and the kid isn't acting sick I usually go anyway. Kids are always being exposed to things like that. [ Reply | More

99.5 is not a fever. I'm just saying the kid isn't acting sick and it's just a cold. I would go. That is why I told her to call and let her friend know. We are dif about this. That way her friend can decide. I would go - you would not. ;-) [ Reply | More
