If they get a subpoena they can get them, I don't know if they will be admissable in a trial though. Is your state of health a matter in the case? [ Reply | More ]

I never understand what people are afraid of if their medical records are exposed. Besides the fact of having your privacy invaded. I look through my records when the nurse leaves the room and I can't make out a damn thing. I can't think of anything I would be embarassed about if anyone looked.Are poeple afraid of mental health issues being revealed or sexually transmitted diseases, what? [ Reply | More ]
