YOur child is my child's twin. So very hard. It makes me feel like I am a failure as a parent. Literally, crying screaming, gagging, if anything new. I have tried everything. [ Reply | More ]

Eggs, my 5yo LOVES frozen peas, carrot sticks, pb&j, even pancakes or french toast if we want to be different, with bacon or sausage on the side. Can you get him to help you make things - I find that what my kids cook they enjoy eating all the more [ Reply | More ]

This is a very bad idea. Don't hide veggies or present them as something that are so terrible that the only way to eat them is by being tricked. [ Reply | More ]

I pound out and grill chicken cutlets. Then bang out fun shapes with cookie cutters. Takes a minute or two and it is fun. The scraps I chop up and put on a salad for myself. [ Reply | More ]

turkey meatballs from TJ, fish sticks; sometimes it is just yogurt or cottage cheese, toasted cheese, peanut butter on a wheat bagel. He eats everything they put in front of him for lunch/breakfast at daycare, so I don't get too worked up if he doesn't eat a lot for dinner. [ Reply | More ]

keep serving them. He doesn't have to eat them, but he doesn't get anything else. Just offer what you are eating and he eats or not, kitchen closed. [ Reply | More ]

You have started the madness of "kid's food" and now are forced to live with it. my dcs eat what we eat. they can eat all or some, but that is dinner. i am not a short order cook or a diner for that crap. [ Reply | More ]

lasagna with ground turkey and spinach (all 4 food groups)! Bisquick "quiche" --eggs, grated zucchini (you can also use broccoli, spinache, etc) shredded cheese (any kind) and a little bisquick in a square glass pan baked in the oven. I cut in squares, wrap individually and freeze for future use. [ Reply | More ]
