HP is PC format. In order to burn files to a CD/DVD you need the proper software. If you sure your computer came with it, click your Start button on the bottom left of screen, scroll up to the "programs" and look through the programs for something that might indicate the program. If the names are not obvious, click though each option unfamiliar to you and see what comes up on the sub menu. If you do have a program, you'll see somethng with the words Record or Burn in them. Also, unless it was advertises as part of your package, burning programs do not automatically come with your PC. If you don't have it, go to HP's website and see what they recommend (they may have their own proprietary program you can dowload). You won't learn unless you explore! ;-) Good Luck. [ Reply | More ]
