What is the chance that I'm pregnant? I take orthocyclene-low (spelling), missed one pill this past cycle, and took it with the next pill the day after I missed it. No period this month. At all. None....coincidence? Or, pregnant? I feel like I should take a blood test. I had sex on the day that I missed the pill, fyi. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

they never tell you this at the ob's office, but the low pills have a higher rate of failure... so it could be that you're pregnant. No need for a blood test, just use a pee test... [ Reply | More ]

if you already missed your period you should be able to take a home pregnancy test to figure it out, you don't need a blood test [ Reply | More ]

I thought that the pill released the same hormones as pregnancy does? [ Reply | More ]

it mimics the estrogen and progestrogen of pregnancy, but the test is for hcg, the pill doesn't effect that. If you got a blood test, it would be for the same thing. [ Reply | More ]
