I think I am a bad mom. have a 2.5 yo dd. She is a great kid, but she drives me nuts. The disobeying drives me cray. if she gets a hold of somethimg she shouldn't and I ask her for it she says no and runs around in circles and I end up chasing her. I do 1-2-3 for time outs and that sometimes works. My biggest concern is she likes to wander and explore everything. She has no fear, she'd walk away from our house exploring if i would let her. OR seriously OP - it's normal. My 3.5yo is still doing most of that. Just stay calm and be as consistent as humanly possible. We have found that the 123 thing works pretty well when we do it consistently. What happens though is that we do it for awhile and then she behaves better so we slack off. Then it starts all over again. Sigh [ Reply | More
