any wohms with nannies on? how much do you know about your dc's day? my nanny writes down how much ds eats and drinks and length and duration of naps, but i don't really know much about how they spend their day. when i get home i ask how the day was and she generally just says "fine, he was great today" or "he was fussy in the evening" but i don't know exactly what they DO. he's 8mo, btw. just wondering [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Just ask more specific questions. Did you go to the park? How was his nap? Did you have a playdate? Etc. I found with my nanny the more I asked the more she came to understand what I wanted to know and eventually she just told me in greater detail. [ Reply | More
