Opinions please. 2 y.o. has woken up and come into my bed the past three nights. I know what I need to do to make her stay in bed but it is a very busy week workwise and I'm tempted to allow her to come to our bed tonight and tomorrow night and start deprogramming her Friday night. Any thoughts on how much more this habit will be ingrained if I let it happen for two more nights? I can't decide. . . [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

the issue is that i don't want her to come to our bed every night. but i'm pg and the effort it would take to keep her in her crib once she wakes would mean i'd be up for a while b/c i have a hard time falling back asleep. but if someone could convince me that letting her come to our bed for two more nights would make it exponetially harder to break her of the habit, then I'd start tonight. I still have regular visiting seven yo and a part-time 9 yo. I like them coming in though. [ Reply | More ]
