Please no flames; just really want to know if I have a problem. Eat a small bran muffin for breakfast; always skip lunch (if not, I eat a banana.) The only real meal I get is dinner, when I'm normal, eating veggie, meat, whatever (though not in large amounts). To be honest, I do worry about gaining weight, but not fat. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

but you do tend to gain when skipping meals. You need to put in 3 solid meals a day. As long as they are good meals you don't have to worry about gaining weight [ Reply | More ]

you're on the low range of healthy. Definitely don't loose 5 more pounds. By the way, you're not one of the ones on here that's having a hard time ttc are you? Because this definitely can effect that. [ Reply | More ]

If you are 5'3" and think you should weigh 105 you probably do have a self image issue. That height and weight is appropriate in high school or early twenties potentially but pretty thin for a "real" adult. Maybe you should talk to someone about it. [ Reply | More ]
