2/6 dd ending first week of wearing underwear. not having accidents... she doesn't tell us though when she needs to pee or poop. we jusst put her on every hour. we talk about her telling us but i'm not sure she knows yet. when do you think she will develop this. also she pees at home but i haven't had much luck on the road peeing in travel potty or on a potty seat. any tips? In my experience, you can't really "teach" her this. Her body/mind need to figure it out together. Until then, no amount of talking to her about it will change that. Basically, she's got YOU potty trained right now. I'd back off a bit and see what happens. Stop putting her on the potty all the time. She needs to equate the need to pee with an accident or two.
