A friend has melanoma(sp?)it has spread to 3 lymphnodes. Is this treatable? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Not a great prognosis. They are doing experimental therapy with anti-cancer vaccines for this at Sloan-Kettering and at Columbia, I think. [ Reply | More ]

NP: I'm no expert, but I think Stage 4 means they have found cancer cells in either the lymphatic system, the bones or at least 1 major organ. But I'm not really sure. [ Reply | More ]
