Rolled up turkey or ham slices or cream cheese and jelly sandwich with some combo of cheese, yogurt cup, pretzels, seed-free crackers, grapes. I find packed lunches hard -- so much easier to make something warm at home! [ Reply | More ]

Alot of things you don't think about have seeds - granola bars and lots of different kinds of breads. That being said, chicken nuggets are always a big favorite, with maybe carrot sticks and grapes? Also mini bagels with cream cheese, a little pasta... Whatever your 3 year old would have for lunch at home! [ Reply | More ]
