My 6 mo ds does not roll over. He can sit unattended, reach, lean all the way forward and sit back up. But he simply will not roll over. (Actually, he rolled over twice at 8 wks, but then never again.) All the books say he should be doing this. (he's hit all the other milestones for babbling, laughing, etc,). Anyone btdt? I know every kid is different (my db #1 did everything very early, but now all the other kids have caught up), but the books indicate this could be a cause of some concern. Any one else not roll over till after 6.5 mos? Did it matter? Not sure what I could do about it anyway. Other than worry -- which I'm obviously doing or I wouldn't be here writing this.
