6 weeks today, although i could be a little less b/c I ovulated late in my cycle. Had sonogram on Monday and the doctor said there was a sac, but small - so in lines with me ovulating late. I just went to the bathroom and had brown spotting in my underwear - when I wiped, nothing. I am cramping as well - nothing out of the norm. Should I be concerned or is this normal?
