FT WOHM with kids in K beyond. Can you tell me about your child care arrangement? What is the job description (incude cleaning/chores/additional babysitting?) How much do you pay? Where did you find the person? CAn she help with homework? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

^^ When she was f/t she did everything. She took the dcs to school, shopped, cleaned, organized playdates (I did too) we shared the cooking etc. She saved my life every day for years and I love her for it. She comes up on weekends to Westchester now (we moved fromt he city) and it's half job half Auntie making a visit. We paid her the going rate at the time. [ Reply | More
