help! I have aging skin (well, I'm 31, but getting older! :) but I also have adult acne, which got bad in my last pregnancy, went away during nursing and is now back. It's not terrible, but certainly not great and I never have clear skin. I don't know the first thing about what to do or what products to use on my skin. I have never been the type to go for cosmetic treatments -- I'd prefer something more natural -- but I am getting so tired of looking at myself in the mirror! self-esteem is slipping...help! thank you so much...
