Just to be sure -- G & T schools test better that PS 6 & 290, for example, have better facilities, etc. and are open to all kids across the city -- correct? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

not necessarily. some gen ed schools have great facilities and score very well on the state tests. There are three city-wide schools and then the districts have their own programs usually within a gen ed school that are available to dcs in that district. [ Reply | More ]
