not usually. generally you can't feel high blood pressure. Although sometimes (like after I gave birth) when mine skyrocketed I felt dizzy. But you should probably call your doc. [ Reply | More

or. well if it was it lasted most of the day. I've had very little sleep recently due to dcs and it all got to me yesterday. After dh came to the rescue I relaxed and was fine again. [ Reply | More
