I have been thinking about this for weeks now: I would really like to be with a woman. I know, you may be thinking I'm a nut and should not post this here... I apologize if I am offending anyone, but for over a year now I realized that perhaps I need to explore this other side of me. But honestly I would not know where to start... I can't think of going on line to meet someone... or answering some weird ad. It is already confusing as it is. Just wanted to ask if anyone else among you was ever in this situation. this sounds normal to me. But if you are already married, being with a woman is still cheating, so unless your dh is on board with it (and he may be, lots of guys are into that kind of thing), it may have to remain a fantasy [ Reply | More

OP; I agree w/ the replies pointing out that you need to be open w/your partner, if you're currently in a relationship. I disagree that you'd 'know by now' if you were a lesbian. Curiousity is often simply that but is sometimes a window you've never opened. Is this desire purely sexual or do you feel a need to connect more intimately with a woman in ways beyond sexual contexts? It's very healthy to explore your desires, yet the idea of approaching it through venues like the internet or answering often phony 'personals' sounds pretty dodgy. [ Reply | More
