Name and number of pediatrician, dentist, closest (desirable) hospital, someone besides you to reach in an emergency if they can't reach you, ambulance service, obviously your numbers etc, poison control number. Note any allergies, how and when you want ds to eat, sleep etc. Note if TV is ok, and if so what and how much. Where local parks are. [ Reply | More
