Argh, have tried to help nanny find a new job for after we move next week. We gave her 3 months notice and have given glowing references. Every single lead she's had has been from a Craigslist ad I placed and she has taken no other initiative on her own. So now moving day is next week and she has nothing lined up. I have really tried my hardest and feel guilty she's out in the cold, but am also sort of amazed she's been so passive. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
