Can someone explain what is so special about bugaboos. Honestly, I am expecting and would really like to know why it would be worth the money... [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

They are easy to push, have a handbrake, large storage basket, offer the bassinet and seat. I loved mine. [ Reply | More ]

Probably more worth it if you live in the city and aren't lugging it in and out of the car. [ Reply | More ]

ita - although it can fold to go in the car you wouldn't want to be doing it regularly. [ Reply | More ]

Unless you or dh are really tall (and maybe even then), I would say they aren't worth it at all. I had a Kolcraft frame for the carseat and then a Graco Citilite. Worked great for me, never a problem, and I did a lot of walking (NYC). [ Reply | More ]

if you walk a ton and rarely put it in a car, it's great. our second db is using ours now and it's been a lifesaver. he's now 9mo and eats and naps in it as well as strolling. he has bad reflux, so it's helpful for naps, and our 2.5yo still uses her high chair. it's an easy one-hand push, which means I can hold my toddler's hand while we're all out, and it's easy over curbs, in the snow, etc. [ Reply | More ]
