Any religious Jewish moms on? I am looking for a male counterpart to the name Eliana. I know Eliana for a girl means G-d has answered and I would love a boy name with the same or similar meaning? Can't use Emanuel. Thanks!! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

^^^and if you are still reading this, i'll add that there's a biblical source for this. hannah, wife of eli, was barren for many years and when she finally had a child she named it samuel b/c God heard her cries. [ Reply | More ]
