i think it's quite possibly the worst party favor ever -- but i disagree with your reasoning. you might not agree with the "war toy" plastic soldier and parachute, or with the tootsie rolls and lollipops, but a favor is just a toy or snack, not to be "agreed with" by the recipient's mother.
