Getting this sharp, periodic pain in my ear. Ouch. If this is what an ear infection feels like, then I feel really bad for all those babies who get them! Is this something that can go away itself? Don't even have a regular doc right now.... [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Does it feel like fluid is in there? Don't mess around with this. Two summers ago I had to get an ear tube in one of my ears because of an infection that threatened to permanently damage my hearing. You don't need a regular doc, you need an ENT. Just go see one [ Reply | More ]

It doesn't feel as if there's fluid in there. Did it feel that way to you? Just a pulsing pain that comes and goes. Hurts like a b*&( though. Thanks for the advice. [ Reply | More ]

I had a sinus infection that spread to my ears and stayed there for months. I could feel a rattling. That said, I really would recommend going to an ENT. Don't mess around with your hearing [ Reply | More ]

OK. You're probably right. It's been 2 days. I'll give it a few more, and if it's still here, I'll make an appointment. Thanks. [ Reply | More ]
