In my district (3), PS9, PS166 and PS163 are good. Those were filled with 99ers and 98ers as non sibs. After that, people would rather send kids to so so gen eds than the G&Ts in Harlem or in the projects. [ Reply | More

Yes, just moved in in March. Rents in brand-new buildings here are much higher, but you can get a brand-new (flipped/renovated) apartment in an old building for that price pretty easily. [ Reply | More
