The bottom of Harlem. The school is PS180, we were very impressed, plus you are eligible for D3 and MSC lotteries, and D3 g&t lotteries. Zone for 180 is Morningside Park to Frederick Douglas, W115th to W122nd streets. AKA the "Columbia Corridor" of Harlem. Love the neighborhood, love the apartment. [ Reply | More

She was registered, then we switched to 87. Would only have taken 87 or MSC over 180. In one weekend we viewed 3 apartments in this zone, 2-3 bedrooms and new, for under $2300 before picking this one. I walked around one day and took management company phone numbers off those plaques on the front of the buildings, then called them all and asked. [ Reply | More
