i'm having real estate regrets. bought our house in january for more than it's worth now, and saw a house yesterday that was almost 1/2 the price that i liked more than ours. tell me how to not feel terrible about this? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Why beat yourself up? If you can afford the house, will live there for a while (more than 5 years), and can maintain it, you will be fine. [ Reply | More ]

i wish i had your attitude. this is, i'm afraid, a chronic attitude issue with me. i start obsessing about the thing i did wrong and the other path i could have should have taken. it's bad, not to mention lame. but thanks for the advice, i'll try [ Reply | More ]

No matter when you bought the house, and for what price, you will always see better/cheaper/etc houses. Stop reading the real estate ads and you'll be fine. [ Reply | More ]
